The following documentation simply shows you what the subscriber can do to manage their subscriptions in your site. It is important to know this, it helps you understand what they can do to manage their subscriptions.

How Subscribers Manage Their Subscriptions Using DOI

Step 1 ) The following images displays the e-mail received by the subscriber. This is a notification letting them know that someone has commented in one of the post they subscribed too. This allows them to view the subscribers and manage their subscription.


Step 2 ) The following image displays the Subscription Manager admin panel. This is what the subscribers sees when they click on the URL in the e-mail they received as pointed out in the Step 1 ) above.

This allows the subscriber to carry out the following options.

  • They can click on the Back link to view the list of subscribers and the posts they are subscribed.
  • They can search using an e-mail address.
  • They can remove themselves from one or more subscribed to post or pages.


Advanced Options

Step 3 ) The following image Advanced Options, allows the subscriber to block notifications and change the e-mail address from their account.


Step 3 ) The following image is displayed when the subscriber clicks on the Back link mentioned in Step 2 ) above. Here they can see all the subscribers that are subscribed to the website. They can also see all the posts they and the others in the list are subscribed.

Note: A subscriber can subscribe to as many posts as they want.
