First Time Blogging Web Host
There are many hosting companies that will do a great job and are very economical. My suggestion is to start with a shared hosting account. Once your blog becomes big and you start to get a lot of traffic, you will probably have to upgrade your shared account if your host permits it to something like Pro Shared Account. In some cases the shared account will not be enough for your site, in that case you need to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server.
I have been using Justhost for many years and it is one of the cheapest hosting companies on the market and it has won many awards.
