Admin Tools For Joomla is a must have tool to help you keep your Joomla version up to date and it also has some other tools for your database, security etc. I have been using Admin Tools for a while now. The developers keep this tool up to date and make sure it is performing as expected.

Step 1 ) The following image allows you to control and check the following options.


  • Joomla! Core
  • You have the latest version


  • Emergency Off-Line
  • Master Password
  • password-protect Administrtor
  • Database table prefix editor
  • Super Administrator ID


Step 2 ) The following image allows you to control and check the following options.


  • Permissions Configuration
  • Fix Permission
  • SEO and Link Tools
  • Clean Temp-Directory
  • Change Database Collation
  • Repair & Optimise Tables
  • Purge Sessions


Step 3 ) The following image lets you know that Joomla! Core is up to date.
