This is a list of common questions asked in the wordpress.org support forum. I have created this list to help you troubleshoot your issues. If you can’t find an answer to your problem please log into the WooCommerce Support and ask for support. You will receive assistant as soon as possible.

Q1 ) I am having issue with the plugin, it does not work?

Solution = Go to WooCommerce -> System Status -> System Status. Check your current status and make sure they are all up to date according to the plugin specs.

Q2 ) I have a lot of transients building up in the site, how do I fixed this?

Solution = Go to WooCommerce -> System Status -> Tools. Click on the following buttons WC Transients and Expired Transients to clear the transients.

Q3 ) I have accidentally deleted the pages created when the plugin was installed. How do I add the pages again?

Solution = Go to WooCommerce -> System Status -> Tools. Click on the following button Install WooCommerce Pages to recreate the pages.

Q4 ) You install the following plugin woocommerce-paypal-pro-payment-gateway and receive the following error.

PayPal-Pro gateway requires SSL certificate for better security. The force SSL option is disabled on your site. Please ensure your server has a valid SSL certificate so you can enable the SSL option on your checkout page.

Solution = Make sure you enable Force SSL in the Woocomerce PayPal Plugin.
