MailPoet Newsletters Settings Advanced shows you how to set up the advanced features like give permissions to different users based on their role and more.

MailPoet Newsletters Settings Advanced Steps

Step 1 ) Go to MailPoet -> Settings -> Advanced to set up the following user role options. See image below.

Roles and permissions

  • Who can create newsletters? = Administrator, Editor and or Author
  • Who can manage subscribers? = Administrator, Editor and or Author
  • Who can change MailPoet’s settings? = Administrator, Editor and or Author
  • Who can see the themes tab in the visual editor? = Administrator, Editor and or Author
  • Who can see the styles tab in the visual editor? = Administrator, Editor and or Author

Step 2 ) The following image allows you to set up the following user roles options.

Step 3 ) The following image allows you to set up the following options.

  • Reply-to name & email
  • Bounce Email
  • Subscribers can edit their profile
  • Subscriber profile page

Step 4 ) The following image allows you to set up the following options.

  • Allow HTML edits
  • Share anonymous data
  • Geeky Options = click on Show link
  • Click on Save settings button

Step 5 ) The following image allows you to set up the following options.

  • Archive page shortcode
  • Shortcode to display total number of subscribers
  • Charset

Step 6 ) The following image allows you to select the following.

  • Enable MailPoet’s Cron
  • Debug mode
  • Reinstall from scratch
  • Click on Save settings button

Step 7 ) Go to MailPoet -> Settings -> Add-ons to select the add-0ns you want to install. See image below.
