I have known Manuel for nearly 10 years. He assisted me when I was writing my family history book and had no clue how to set it up on the computer. Over the years Manuel has taught me most of what I'm able to do on the computer today. He is an excellent teacher, technician and problem solver. He's easily reached by phone or email and he's always prompt and courteous. In comparison to others in the industry I find his rates to be reasonable.
